About American Racer USRA Modified Series powered by Day Motor Sports

Our Journey Begins: A Partnership Steered by Passion

Austin Krueger and Trenton Berry, the driving forces behind RacinDirt.com, in collaboration with Erick Chesterman, USRA Track Operations Director and renowned “Voice of the USMTS,” are thrilled to announce a significant development in the world of modified racing. We have acquired the USRA American Racer Modified Series (ARMS) from Todd and Janet Staley and established the groundbreaking USRA Heartland Modified Tour.

Rapid Growth and Dynamic Partnerships

The inception of this venture was swift yet strategic. Our deepening involvement in the operational aspects of racing over the past years laid the foundation for this initiative. A conversation with Todd Staley about the ARMS Series during the last season was the spark that ignited this venture, leading us to not only take over ARMS but also to create the Heartland Modified Tour, focusing on our home region.

Our Mission: Growth and Unity in Modified Racing

Both the ARMS and the Heartland Tour will adhere to the USRA rulebook and coordinate with the USMTS schedule to ensure a harmonious racing calendar. Our focus is on fostering growth within the USRA and USMTS modified racing scenes, offering distinct points funds and championship chases for each series.

The Future is Now

Uniting Racers and Fans Our ultimate goal is to create a unified platform for racers in the USRA Modified division and provide racetracks with high-quality events at an accessible price point. We're dedicated to enriching the racing experience for competitors and fans alike, promising an exhilarating future for modified racing.
